Sweet Potato Bake

An excellent accompaniment to a roast or can be eaten as a dessert

Ингредиенты

  • 500gms sweet potato
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 Tbs Golden Syrup
  • 1tsp ground ginger
  • 2 Tbs brown sugar
  • Juice of half an orange
  • 1 Tbs butter

Инструкции

  1. Peel and slice pototo 1/2 cm thick
  2. layer in a covered bakeing dish
  3. sprinkle sugar and ginger over pototo
  4. pour in syrup and orange juice
  5. add butter
  6. bake in oven at 180deg C for 1 1/2 hours
