Ингредиенты

6-8 boneless chicken thighs or possibly breasts 1/4 c. cornstarch 3 tbs. water 1/2 c. onion, sliced

1 c. chicken broth/stock 3 tbs. lemon juice 1/4 c. brown sugar

Инструкции

1. Mix cornstarch and water, add in chicken, coat and marinate for 15 min. Heat oil in pan on high; add in chicken one piece at a time and brown on one side.Turn chicken over and add in onion, cook 5 min. Add in chicken broth/stock, lemon juice and brown sugar.
2. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 15-20 till sauce is thickened.
