  • 1/3 c. ketchup
  • 2 Tbsp. soy sauce regular type
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
  •     (fresh only, don't use bottled)
  • 1 x garlic clove chopped
  • 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 tsp freshly-grated lemon zest
  • 1 x scallion with up to 1" of green top chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. minced fresh cilantro
