  • 2 c. Pan drippings, as much grease removed as possible
  • 1 x 8 ounce. apricot preserves, I jar Knott's
  • 9 ounce Orange marmalade, 1/2 ajar of Knott's
  • 1/8 tsp Salt, healthy pinch
  • 1/2 c. Orange juice

  1. Mix all the Ingredients in a sauce pan and cook over medium heat till it is reduced about 25%. Serve hot on the side.
  2. Yield about 4 1/2 c..
  3. NOTES : Note - This is good on all types of game. You can add in diced green chiles or possibly crushed red pepper if desired it spicier.
