Take the chicken breast, one at a time, deep into flour mixture, then egg , and finally the breadcrumbs ,take a flat plate and lay it on it, repeat the same process with other chicken breast. Finally use a nylon foil to cover the prepared chicken breast and keep in refrigerator for 30mins.
After 30 minuites, it can either be deep fried with a deep fryer at a 190c or fried with a sauce pan on a gas top at medium heat ,each sides take 5min to fry ,until golden brown.
