- Heat the ghee in a heavy pan and add in the carrots.
- Fry them well scraping up any bits which stick to the bottom of the pan.
- When they are translucent/soft add in the lowfat milk sugar and cashew nuts and bring to the boil.
- Reduce the heat and simmer till the mix thickens slightly (about 15 min).
- Take off the heat and add in the cardamom pwdr.
- Serve cool.
- The first of these recipes is either a drink or possibly a dessert that uses cashew nuts for their texture
