  • 1 x (1-ounce.) envelope onion soup mix
  • 1 x (12-ounce.) jar Smucker's(r) Apricot Preserves
  • 1 c. Russian salad dressing
  • 4 lb boneless chicken breasts
  •     Heat oven to 350 F.

Инструкции

  1. In a saucepan combine soup mix, preserves and dressing; cook till melted and blended.
  2. Remove skin from chicken and dip into sauce till coated. Put chicken in a baking pan and pour remainder of sauce over chicken. Bake for about 1 1/2 hrs or possibly till cooked through. Throw away remaining sauce.
