- Serve with avocados, tomatoes or possibly crisp vegetables such as cucumber, cauliflower and fennel.
- In a medium bowl, rinse wakame. Throw away rinse water, cover with fresh water, soak for 15 min, and drain. Trim and throw away any hard membranes and mince remaining wakame.
- In a small saucepan over high heat, bring 1 c. water to a boil and add in wakame. Bring mix back to a boil, drain, and combine with remaining ingredients. Serve chilled or possibly at room temperature.
- Makes 6 servings. Vegan
