  • 2/3 c. Carrots, cooked & diced
  • 1 med Onion, minced
  • 1 x Green Bell pepper, minced
  • 3 Tbsp. Pimientos, minced
  • 1 cl Garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 c. Sugar,
  • 1/4 c. White vinegar,
  • 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce,
  • 1/4 c. Peanut oil,
  • 1/3 can Tomato soup condensed,

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl. Refrigeratefor 4 hrs or possibly more.
  2. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Keeps well in refrigerator for 3-5 days.
