  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 1/2 pound grnd pork
  • 1/2 c. bread crumbs
  • 1/4 c. lowfat milk
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 c. molasses
  • 1 c. catsup
  • 1/2 teaspoon butter
  • Dash of Tabasco sauce

  1. Mix ingredients. After ingredients are mixed, make very small meatballs. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour.
  2. Mix ingredients together in a saucepan. Bring mix to a boil till thick. Pour over meatballs and sauce.
