Ингредиенты

  • 3 pound grnd meat (turkey, chicken, beef, venison)
  • 1 lg. onion
  • 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 3/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 (12 ounce) Heinz chili sauce
  • 1 (16 ounce) whole berry
  • 1 (6 or possibly 8 ounce) whole cranberry

  1. Put together first 6 ingredients together. Shape in 1 inch balls. Brown in oven at 400 degrees for 20 min on an ungreased pan.In a large saucepan mix last three ingredients well. Bring to boil then simmer for 2 hrs with meatballs.
