Ингредиенты

  • 150 gm dry amla pcs soaked for 2 hrs
  • 2 tsp ginger grated
  • 220 gm sugar
  • 1/2 tsp chilli pwdr
  •     large healthy pinch salt

Инструкции

  1. Boil the amla in plenty of water till soft drain and dry thoroughly.
  2. Combine all the ingredients and cook on a low heat till the mix is thick and sticky.
  3. Store in a clean air tight jar and use within a fortnight.
  4. Fresh amla adds to the taste and nutritive value of the recipe but as it is difficult to find Ive used dry.
  5. Serves 4
