2 c. California dip (1 env. Lipton's onion soup with 1 pt. lowfat sour cream) 1 1/2 lbs. grnd beef 1 1/2 c. soft bread crumbs 1 egg, beaten 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon allspice 1/4 c. flour 2 T butter 1 c. water

Инструкции

1. In medium bowl, put together 1 cup California dip with meat, bread crumbs, egg, nutmeg, and allspice. Shape into 1 inch balls. Roll in flour. In large frying pan, heat butter and brown meatballs. Stir in remaining dip and water. Heat through. Makes about 75 meatballs.
