- Mix 3 soups, salt and pepper, in a pan. Heat on stove top till boiling.Mix grnd chuck, Tempo mix (or possibly bread crumbs) and lowfat milk. Form into meatballs and drop into boiling soups. Simmer and cover partially for 1 1/2 to 2 hrs.
- If you want you can place boiling soup mix in a slow cooker with meatballs, and partially cover on low heat for the day.
- You may also want to add in 1 tbsp flour and 1/4 cup water to mix to thicken it.
