Рецепт Super Tonic
The health benefits of Super Tonic goes without saying. It may not be known to many so I thought it fitting to post this simple and natural, but remarkable recipe that will help you on your way to good health and well being. Now I won’t tell you the many things it is good for but encourage you to try it and experience it for yourself.
One thing I know for sure though is that it may save you from a few visits to the doctor and the huge bills you may have to pay for each visit. In my case though, I can say that I’ve never felt better in my whole life. I don’t get sick any more and I sense something very good internally is happening to me health wise.
You may notice that all of the ingredients that make up the recipe is naturally hot and I believe that could be one of the reasons why it is so beneficial to the various systems that constitute the body. You may find that you have a bounce in your step, a little more vitality and a better quality of life on the whole.
So mix up a batch of this remarkable elixir; place it in a wide mouth bottle, refridgerate and take at least 1 – 3 tablespoons a day and witness the results. That is all . Of course your body may experience something called a healing crisis in the beginning but I urge you to continue. It just means that the body is getting rid of all the junk you have stored up over the years and is now able to get rid of it thanks to the tonic. Mine only lasted a day and I thought I had gotten a cold but soon enough it cleared up all by itself and I’ve never gotten a cold since.
SUPER TONIC
- 1/2 cup ginger, chopped
- 1/2 cup morai, chopped (horseradish)
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup garlic, chopped
- 1/2 cup hot pepper, chopped
- 1 16 oz bottle bragg’s apple cider vinegar, with the mother ( look for the dregs at the bottom of the bottle)

Place all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.
Now you may notice the texture of the super tonic to be somewhat like our chutneys. If you want you can also have it with your food like a chutney, that way you will be able to tolerate the heat a bit.
