2 cups vanilla cake mix 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 3/4 cup rolled oats 3/4 cup raisins 1/2 cup shredded coconut

2 eggs 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla 1/2 cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons whole milk

Инструкции

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients. Then add all the wet ingredients.
3. Stir until a thick, sticky cookie dough forms.
4. On an ungreased cookie sheet, drop a tablespoonful of dough leaving about an inch of space between each.
5. Bake for about 12 minutes or until the edges are slightly golden. Transfer immediately to a cooling rack.
6. Try to let cool completely and enjoy with some warm milk or tea!
