Super Easy Macaroni Salad

This is one of my kids' favorite dishes. It is super easy to make and quick. I often take it for pot lucks at church and it has become a favorite there too.

Ингредиенты

  • 1 16 oz. pkg of Small Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 cup of cubed cooked ham (or more if desired)
  • 1 cup of cubed sharp cheddar cheese (or more if you desire)
  • 1 cup of Mayonaise with Lime (more/less to your liking)
  • Salt & Pepper
  • (you can substitite the cubed ham for regular luncheon ham sliced into small strips)

  1. cook macaroni per package instructions
  2. once drained add the mayonaise, cubed ham & cheese
  3. add salt & pepper to your liking
