  • 1 lb sweet Italian link sausage cut 1" pcs
  • 1 c. water
  • 6 lrg mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 x red and 1 green sweet pepper cut in chunks

  1. Simmer sausage in water 5 - 10 min; set aside. ESimmer mushrooms in butter and sufficient water to cover for 3 to 4 min to soften. EAlternate the sausage, mushrooms, and pepper on skewers; grill 7 to 8 min on each side.
  2. Yield: 2 to 3 servings
