Summer Sausage

This is really good and so easy to make.

  • 2pounds hamburger
  • 1/2 teasspoon whole black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seed
  • 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 3 Tablespoons Morton Tender Quick Salt

Инструкции

  1. Mix all ingredients together and divide into two 1lb rolls of hamburger rolled in foil and twisted at ends
  2. Refrigerate for 24 hours(must do this to set the quick salt)
  3. Then lay foiled rolls on cookie sheet and Bake @ 350 for 60 minutes
  4. Unwrap completely and can drain on paper towel
  5. Refrigerate for 24 hours
