  • 2 c. Mixed fresh berries
  • 2 c. Mixed, peeled and sliced peaches, pears, plums, nectarines, pineapple
  • 3 Tbsp. White wine
  • 2 tsp Orange juice
  •     Parchment paper or possibly aluminum foil cut into 6 inch sheets
  • 2 tsp Sugar
  •     Vanilla cream sauce

  1. Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix berries, fruit, white wine, juice and sugar. Without puncturing the parchment or possibly foil, make a boat or possibly box of each sheet by folding up the edges. Divide the fruit mix equally among the packets. Pull edges together and fold over several times, creating a seal. Place fruit packets on baking sheet. Bake for 15 min. Set aside to cold. Serve by peeling back the sides of packets and top with cream sauce.
