Summer Berry Whipped Shortbread

Wonderful light shortbread. I am going to try these using the Lemon Chiffon Dip mix that Epicure sells!

Ингредиенты

  • 1 cup butter
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 cup icing sugar
  • 2-3 Tbsp of Epicure Summer Berry Dip mix (add more or less if you want)

Инструкции

  1. Mix well until light and fluffy (I usually put it in the Kitchen Aid for about 10 minutes on medium).
  2. Drop by spoonfuls on cookie tray.
  3. Bake 17 minutes at 350 degrees (may take less time).
  4. This would make a nice Christmas gift - the dip mix along with some pre-made shortbread along with a copy of the recipe!!!
