- For the Meatloaf:
- 4 lbs. ground beef
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- ½ tsp. salt
- ½ tsp. ground black pepper
- ½ tsp. paprika
- ¼ tsp. turmeric powder
- ½ tsp. garlic powder
- ½ cup milk
- 1 cup oats
- 2 eggs
- For The Stuffing:
- 10 oz. frozen chopped spinach - thawed
- 3 cloves garlic - chopped
- 3 sun dried tomatoes - sliced
- ½ cup marinated peppers – sliced thin
- 4 oz. mozzarella cheese – shredded
- ¼ tsp. salt
- ¼ tsp. black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- For the Glaze:
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Ketchup

- For the Meatloaf:
- In a large bowl combine all of the above ingredients and mix well.
- For The Stuffing:
- On a medium to low heat; heat a medium size frying pan with the olive oil; add the spinach, garlic, sun dried tomatoes, marinated peppers and seasonings. Heat until the garlic is fragrant.
- Place the prepared ground beef in a baking pan and shape it into a bowl. Place the stuffing inside filling from end to end, finishing with the shredded cheese. Gently, form the ground meat over the top to cover the stuffing.
- For the Glaze:
- Place all of the above in a small bowl and mix.
- Spoon the glaze over the top of the meatloaf from end to end.
- Preheat Oven 350 degrees:
- Bake for 45 – 50 minutes.
