Ингредиенты

  • 1 x Goose neck skin
  •     (or possibly 2 to 3 chicken neck skins)
  • 1 1/2 c. Flour sifted
  • 4 Tbsp. Grated onion
  • 1/2 c. Rendered goose fat see * Note
  • 1 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Инструкции

  1. Carefully remove the neck skin of a goose or possibly two or possibly three chickens. Sew together one end.
  2. Lightly mix all stuffing ingredients together. Stuff skins with the mix, then sew the other end. Roast in the pan with the goose. Cut in slices to serve.
