Рецепт Stuffed Eggs

Ингредиенты

1 dozen Large eggs 1 Tbsp. butter 2 Tbsp. ham, cooked and chopped salt and pepper to taste

1/2 tsp dry mustard 1 onion, minced paprika green onion, chives, or possibly parsley to garnish

Инструкции

1. Boil, peel and cut into halves. Remove the yolks and cream them and add in 1 Tbsp. butter, 2 Tbsp. cooked ham, nicely chopped.
2. Season well with salt, pepper, and mustard, and a little minced onion.
3. Fill the Large eggs and arrange on a dish or possibly a platter.
4. Sprinkle with paprika and serve garnished with sprigs of green onion, chives, or possibly parsley.
