Stuffed Crab Meat Mushrooms

Ингредиенты

1 pkg. mushrooms or possibly approx. 12 ounce
1 can crab meat

1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 of a sm. onion, minced

Инструкции

Wash and dry mushrooms. Put together rinsed and liquid removed crab meat, soft cream cheese and onions in bowl and set aside. Remove stems from mushrooms and save for another dish. Place 1 tsp filling in each mushroom top. Place in baking dish. (Spray dish with Pam.) Drizzle 1/4 stick of melted butter over mushrooms. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 20 min. Double or possibly triple recipe for large crowd.
