1 lb Poppy seeds grnd
3/4 c. Honey
1/2 c. Light cream
1/2 c. Currants
1 Tbsp. Grated lemon rind
3 Tbsp. Melted butter

Инструкции

Cook the poppy seeds, honey, cream and currants till thick. Stir in the lemon rind and cold. Spread on the oiled strudel dough (two recipes for strudel dough are included in this database) and roll up. Brush with the butter.
