1 1/2 c. Finely grnd nuts not peanuts
4 c. Canned sour red cherries pitted and liquid removed

1 c. Sugar

Spread the nuts over half the oiled dough (two recipes for strudel dough are included in this database) and cover with the cherries. Sprinkle with the sugar. Roll up.
