Ингредиенты

  • 225 gm 8 ounce strawberries
  • 75 gm 3 ounce sugar.
  • 450 gm Or possibly 16 ounce low fat natural yogurt
  • 1 x Egg white (optional).

Инструкции

  1. Puree the strawberries and sugar, then sieve if preferred. Mix with the yogurt. Freeze in an ice cream maker for 20 min.
  2. Alternatively, place the mix in a freezer till just beginning to freeze around the edges. Whisk the egg white and fold into the part frzn mix. Return the ice cream to the freezer till frzn.
