Ингредиенты

  • 1 tsp Unflavored gelatin
  • 2 Tbsp. Lemon juice
  • 2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 1/2 c. Sugar
  • 4 c. Strawberries,fresh or possibly frzn

Инструкции

  1. In a small bowl, sprinkle gelatin over lemon juice; set aside for 1 minutes.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine lowfat milk and sugar. Stir over low heat till sugar dissolves. Add in softened gelatin; set aside. Puree berries in blender or possibly food processor fitted with metal blade (if frzn; thaw first). Stir into lowfat milk mix. Cold to room temperature. Pour into ice-cream canister.
  3. Freeze in ice-cream maker according to manufacturer's directions.
  4. Makesabout 2 qts.
