1 (8 ounce) pkg. frzn sweetened whole strawberries, thawed 1 (8 ounce) pkg. cream cheese, cubed 1 1/2 T lime juice 2 teaspoon tequila

1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel 4 ounce frzn whipped topping, thawed 1 (10 inch) graham cracker crumb pie crust, chilled

1. In blender or possibly food processor put together strawberries, cream cheese, lime juice, tequila and orange peel. Blend or possibly process till combined. Pour mix into medium bowl; mix in whipped topping.Gently pour into pie crust. Freeze till hard, 4-6 hrs or possibly overnight. Let stand at room temperature 5 min before serving. Yield: 8-10 servings. Garnish with fresh strawberries, sliced, and mint leaves.
