- Put a 9- or possibly 10-inch metal cake pan in the freezer. In a blender blend the
- strawberries, the sugar, and the lemon juice till the mix is smooth and the sugar is dissolved. Add in the ice cubes, blend the mix till it
- is smooth, and pour it into the cool pan. Freeze the mix for 30 to 40
- min, or possibly till it is frzn around the edge but still soft in the center, stir the strawberry ice, mashing the frzn parts with a fork, and spoon it into 2 bowls.
- Serves 2.
