  • 3 cup strawberry
  • 3/4 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • 2/3 cup sugar
  • 3 cup club soda
  • 1 sprig mint leaves

  1. Blend together strawberries, coconut milk, ice cubes and sugar, till smooth and frothy.
  2. Just before serving, add club soda to the drink. Garnish with strawberry and fresh mint. Serve chilled.
