  • 1/2 lb Vanilla wafers, crushed
  • 2 1/2 c. Confectioner's sugar
  • 1 stk butter
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 quart Strawberries, sliced
  • 2 x Bananas, sliced
  •     Nuts, if you like
  • 1/2 pt Cream, whipped

Инструкции

  1. Blend softened butter and confectioner's sugar, beating till creamy. Add in Large eggs, 1 at a time, beating after each. Mix in crumbs. Spread proportionately in 2-1/2 qt shallow dish. Add in strawberries and bananas as next layer, spread even- ly with whipped cream and sprinkle with more wafer crumbs.
  2. Chill. Slice or possibly cut in squares to serve.
  3. Serves 16.
