Рецепт Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt
Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt ~ Light, Healthy Frozen Yogurt Recipe Loaded with Bananas and Strawberries!
As my thirtieth birthday nears on the horizon I’ve realized that my metabolism, while never fast, is seriously slowing down. I can’t get away with eating so many cookies or treats as I once could. I maintain an active lifestyle, but no matter how active I seem to be things are adjusting or shifting and it’s shifting southward. Not a good thing to have happen. I’ve been watching what I eat a little more closely and trying to pass on the cookies more often than not, which is seriously hard for this girl to do. I’ve also found out that finding better options for curbing those sweet tooth moments are a must. Luckily for me it’s summertime and there’s plenty of fruit around for me to munch on! Anyone else love fruit as much as me?
Another great thing about summer is it’s Farmer’s Market season! I envy you that live in big towns that have massive Farmer’s Markets you can hit up and get pretty much everything you can dream of. In my small town there is a small, very small Farmer’s Market but the pickings are slim. I’m hoping they have a bunch of strawberries this summer so I can make this delicious frozen yogurt again! It will help me with those sweet cravings and staying on track for eating healthier!
Have you ever made frozen yogurt? I hadn’t before this. Recently I got this amazing blender and I’ve been using it pretty much every chance I have. How did I live this long without a good blender? Seriously this is thing is life changing. We use it daily for my protein shakes, baby food making and everything else we can think of including this dreamy frozen yogurt!
The hardest part of making this Strawberry Banana Frozen Yogurt is waiting for it to freeze! I get a little impatient when it comes to things like that. When you need a cool treat this summer this will be your go to recipe!
I lightened this frozen yougurt up using zero-calorie Truvia® Natural Sweetener. My favorite secret ingredient because it helps me reduce the calories and sugar in this delicious treat while not sacrificing the flavor. Truvia® sweetener is natural, great-tasting sweetness that was born from the leaves of the stevia plant. This frozen yogurt is fruity and refreshing which is perfect for a hot summer day!
