%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EInitially%20Vinee%20was%20just%20another%20blogger%20in%20this%20vast%20world%20of%20bloggers%20who%20used%20to%20share%20her%20valuable%20comments%20&%20feedback%20for%20my%20posts%20and%20I%20too%20visited%20her%20blog%20and%20shared%20my%20feedback%20as%20well.%20What%20kick-started%20our%20friendship%20is%20after%20I%20made%20my%20Lil'Appu's%20first%20birthday%20cake%20and%20we%20had%20a%20small%20chain%20of%20discussion%20on%20the%20two%20tiered%20cake.%20And%20then%20whenever%20she%20made%20a%20cake%20on%20her%20blog%20she%20would%20ask%20me%20to%20stop%20by%20and%20I%20would%20do%20the%20same%20whenever%20I%20posted%20a%20cake%20and%20we%20both%20realised%20-%20WE%20LOVE%20CAKES,%20cake%20baking%20and%20decorating%20and%20shared%20the%20same%20enthusiasm%20and%20interest%20when%20it%20came%20to%20making%20cakes%20:-)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIts%20just%20so%20nice%20to%20meet%20a%20person%20to%20whom%20you%20can%20confidently%20share%20your%20passion%20and%20you%20know%20you%20will%20get%20some%20awesome%20ideas%20and%20suggestions.%20Who%20cares%20if%20we%20stay%20continents%20apart%20,%20we%20frequently%20message%20each%20other%20and%20also%20learn%20from%20each%20other%20about%20blogging,%20photography%20and%20its%20various%20technicalities.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EApart%20from%20cakes,%20she%20shares%20some%20amazing%20Food%20recipes%20as%20well,%20mostly%20Keralite%20dishes%20and%20several%20desserts%20and%20other%20cusines.%20Hope%20over%20to%20her%20blog%20to%20view%20all%20her%20lovely%20creations!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESo%20when%20Vinee%20wanted%20me%20to%20make%20a%20choice%20on%20what%20she%20should%20share%20for%20us,%20I%20had%20no%20doubt%20in%20my%20mind%20and%20asked%20her%20to%20make%20a%20cake%20%20And%20what%20a%20lovely%20cake%20she%20has%20come%20up%20with...Let's%20just%20drool%20at%20her%20pics%20for%20sometime%20before%20we%20read%20ahead%20now%20shall%20we?%20:-)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EManju's%20Eating%20Delights%20is%20one%20of%20my%20favorite%20blogs%20which%20I%20check%20out%20on%20regular%20basis%20whenever%20she%20updates%20it,%20we%20both%20share%20the%20same%20passion%20when%20it%20comes%20to%20baking%20and%20cake%20decoration%20and%20that's%20what%20brought%20us%20so%20close%20together.%20Whenever%20I%20update%20my%20FB%20status%20with%20cake%20related%20doubts%20or%20suggestion%20she%20never%20fails%20to%20respond%20and%20always%20pour%20down%20with%20her%20suggestions.%20The%20one%20thing%20which%20I%20like%20most%20about%20blogging%20is%20the%20way%20friends%20help%20each%20other%20with%20tips%20and%20suggestions%20and%20Manju%20is%20one%20among%20them.%20I%20owe%20it%20to%20Manju%20for%20making%20an%20About%20Me%20page%20and%20Recipe%20Index%20on%20my%20blog%20.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EWhen%20she%20asked%20me%20to%20do%20a%20guest%20post%20as%20she%20is%20busy%20settling%20down%20in%20her%20new%20house%20I%20was%20so%20happy%20to%20help%20her%20out%20.%20I%20have%20been%20brainstorming%20for%20a%20recipe%20for%20few%20days%20now%20but%20she%20helped%20me%20out%20and%20choose%20that%20a%20cake%20would%20be%20apt%20as%20it%20speaks%20about%20friendship.%20I%20kept%20bugging%20her%20again%20whether%20she%20want%20this%20or%20that%20but%20unlike%20my%20hubby%20who%20never%20gives%20me%20an%20answer%20when%20I%20ask%20for%20a%20choice,%20she%20gave%20me%20a%20reply%20and%20made%20my%20job%20easier%20!%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20have%20made%20this%20sticky%20toffee%20pudding%20before%20as%20well%20and%20usually%20if%20I%20am%20not%20very%20happy%20with%20the%20taste%20of%20a%20cake%20I%20never%20make%20it%20again,%20so%20should%20I%20say%20that%20this%20is%20a%20delicious%20cake/dessert%20indeed%20?%20The%20plus%20point%20of%20this%20pudding%20is%20,its%20a%20warm%20pudding%20so%20it%20can%20enjoyed%20and%20eaten%20even%20when%20the%20weather%20outside%20is%20chilly%20or%20freezing.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESticky%20Toffee%20Pudding%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIngredients%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20a%20saucepan%20add%20%20stoned%20date%20and%20%20tea%20and%20cook%20for%20about%204-5%20minutes%20until%20its%20soft.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20baking%20soda%20to%20the%20mixture%20and%20%20puree%20it%20in%20a%20blender.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESift%20flour,baking%20powder,salt,%20cinnamon%20powder,%20nutmeg%20powder,cloves%20powder%20and%20keep%20it%20aside.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ECream%20%20butter%20and%20sugar%20in%20an%20electirc%20beater.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20slightly%20beaten%20eggs%20little%20by%20little%20and%20beat.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EAdd%20dry%20ingredients%20and%20beat%20in.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EFinally%20add%20dates%20puree%20and%20fold%20in.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPour%20the%20batter%20into%20a%20greased%20cake%20tin%20or%20pudding%20bakewares%20and%20bake%20them%20in%20a%20preheated%20oven%20at%20180%20degree%20C%20for%2035%20-%2040%20minutes%20or%20until%20a%20toothpick%20inserted%20comes%20out%20clean.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EIn%20the%20meantime%20place%20%20light%20muscuvado%20sugar,butter%20and%20cream%20in%20a%20saucepan%20on%20a%20low%20heat%20until%20the%20sugar%20dissolves%20and%20th
