Рецепт Sticky Buns from Gooseberry Patch + a giveaway!
I am so grateful to be an Early Bird reviewer and it's time once again to feature another amazing cookbook from Gooseberry Patch. Whenever I get one of their cookbooks I always think that "it's" my favorite, but then I get a new one and that becomes my favorite! Weeknight Dinners is broken down into days of the week and each day has a theme: Meatless Monday; Tuesday is Tex-Mex Night; Wednesday is Italian Night; Comfort Food Thursday; and Just for Fun Friday! How cute is that? Now you'll never be wondering what's for dinner! Of course I started off with the Sticky Buns, but I also made quite a few other recipes too. I always plan our menus for the week and this book has been a lifesaver!
Ingredients are as follows:
24 frozen dinner rolls
- 3 oz. package cook & serve butterscotch pudding
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1/4 C brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 C pecan halves
- 1/2 C butter, melted
Directions:
Arrange frozen dinner rolls into a greased 9" x 13" pan.
Mix together the dry pudding mix, both sugars and cinnamon.
Sprinkle mixture evenly over the rolls.
Drizzle the melted butter evenly over the rolls.
Sprinkle the pecans over the top.
Tent the pan with foil; place pan in a cold oven and allow to rise overnight.
Remove pan from the oven; preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove the foil and bake for 30 minutes; or until golden brown.
Let stand a few minutes then invert pan and remove rolls.
Pull some apart and enjoy!
Please note: if you don't want to wait for these to rise overnight just thaw the frozen dough, place in pan and continue with the recipe, however don't place in a cold oven. Just preheat the oven and bake! This recipe is from Weeknight Dinners by Gooseberry Patch.
