Рецепт Steamed Shrimp
Here is another classic for you.
This is another simple and easy recipe for Lent.
All that is needed is a little side salad and some bread and you have a meal.
I used frozen shrimp and defrosted it in the refrigerator.
I added a seafood sauce at the bottom of the page.
I cant remember where I got the recipe from, but it is fantatic!
Steamed Shrimp
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Old Bay Seafood Seasoning
- 1 lb shrimp
- Combine water, vinegar and Old Bay Seasoning in a sauce pan.
- Bring to a boil.
- Add shrimp, stir cover and steam until tender and pink, about 2 minutes.
- Drain remove shell and eat with seafood sauce or melted butter
- Seafood Sauce
- 1 bottle chili sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
