Steaks With Roasted Garlic Butter

Ингредиенты

  • 1 head Garlic
  • 1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 Tbsp. Butter, softened
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 x Steak
  •     Steak Rub

Инструкции

  1. Place the head of garlic in 8 inch square of foil and drizzle with oilve oil.
  2. Seal the foil and cook over indirect heat(or possibly in a low oven) for 30-45 min.
  3. Squeeze out the garlic and mash.
  4. Combine with the mustard, butter and Worcestshire sauce. Chill till ready to use.
  5. Rub steaks with your favorite steak rub.
  6. Grill and top with butter just prior to serving.
