Ингредиенты

  • 2 lb Delmonico steaks
  • 4 x Garlic cloves, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. Parsley
  • 2 c. Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  •     Salt/pepper
  •     Garlic pwdr
  •     Warm Italian Bread

Инструкции

  1. Combine water, garlic cloves, parsley, 1/4 t oregano, salt, pepper, and extra virgin olive oil in a small sauce pan. Boil for 5 min and set aside.
  2. Season steaks with salt, pepper, garlic pwdr, and 1/4 t oregano. place steaks in grooved broiler pan to catch drippings. Broil 3-4 min on each side for medium-rare, longer if desired your steak less rare. Serve steak in a deep dish with drippings. Pour Salmoriglio sauce over steak. Serve warm with lots of crusty bread.
