Standard Waffle Recipe

Ингредиенты

2 c. flour
4 teaspoon baking pwdr
1 teaspoon salt

2 large eggs, separated
4 teaspoon melted shortening
1 3/4 c. lowfat milk

Инструкции

Sift together flour, baking pwdr and salt. Add in egg yolks and lowfat milk. Beat thoroughly. Add in shortening. Fold in beaten egg whites. Bake in waffle iron.
