- 1 can (12-ounce) beer
- 1 can (6-ounce) frzn orange juice concentrate
- 1 tsp Grnd cloves
- 3 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2/3 c. Brown sugar

- Here is a recipe I use and enjoy.
- In a saucepan mix the above ingredients with a wire whisk. Heat mix.
- Meanwhile stud a 10 - 12 ham with whole cloves and pour hot mix over the ham. Bake in a 325 degree oven and baste ham occasionally as needed.
- Keach with two cans of beer. I prefer the recipe with only one can of beer.
