- 1 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. whole wheat pastry flour

- 1/2 c. chopped hazelnuts

.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20are%20great%20little%20cookies.%20%20%20The%20only%20changes%20I%20made%20was%20to%20add%20some%20whole%20wheat%20flour%20and%20chopped%20hazelnuts%20(or%20filberts).%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThese%20added%20a%20nice%20texture%20to%20a%20really%20soft%20cookie.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EI%20used%20Montana%20Wheat%20flour%20but%20if%20you%20can%E2%80%99t%20find%20that%20use%20whole%20wheat%20pastry%20flour.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EThis%20is%20the%20best%20stuff!%20(I%20have%20to%20travel%20to%20Iowa%20to%20get%20this!)%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3ESee%20how%20finely%20ground%20this%20is?%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EReally,%20truly%20delicious%20cookies!%20%20%20%20I%20made%20a%20batch%20right%20before%20I%20had%20to%20leave%20town%20for%20a%20three-day%20conference%20(3%20days).%20%20%20%20When%20I%20returned%20home,%20there%20was%20not%20a%20crumb%20of%20these%20cookies%20left.%20%20%20%20%20Guess%20I%20will%20have%20to%20make%20another%20batch%20for%20myself.%3C/p%3E%3Cp%3EPlease%20check%20out%20Jane%E2%80%99s%20site%20and%20take%20part%20in%20some%20of%20her%20adventures!%3C/p%3E){kind=link}
