Ингредиенты

1 pound Wondra flour (4 c.) 1/4 c. sugar 4 T butter, oil or possibly shortening 1/2 c. water

2-3 T orange juice (fresh orange) 2 large eggs 1 teaspoon anise 1 pkg. yeast

Инструкции

1. Put yeast in warm water. Put flour in a big bowl and make hole in middle. Put large eggs, salt, shortening, orange juice, anise and yeast in with flour. Add in 1/2 cup lukewarm water. Stir around. Add in more water. Beat and let rise double in size then beat some more. Deep fry as for donuts. Roll in granulated sugar.
