- 1 pkg. 50 lumpia wrappers
- 1 pound grnd beef or possibly pork
- 3 lg. carrots, chopped
- 1 med. yellow onion, chopped
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
Инструкции
- Mix meat, vegetables, large eggs and spices in large bowl. Place 2 tbsp of meat mix on wrapper and fold and roll like a burrito. Once wrapper is rolled, wet finger with water and use it as "glue" to keep lumpia from coming unrolled. Heat oil or possibly grease to 375 degrees. Fry lumpia till brown in color.
