Ингредиенты

  • 3 oz vegetable oil
  • 2 cups diced spanish onions
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • 1 cup diced carrots
  • 1/2 cup minced garlic
  • 1 1/2 gallons vegetable stock
  • 3 lbs split peas
  • salt and pepper to taste

Инструкции

  1. In tilt grill - heat oil - satue all vegetables until oinions are translucent.
  2. In a steam kettle - add cold stock and spkit peas
  3. Bring to a boil then reduce to simmer for 2 hours or until peas are tender
  4. Puree vegetables in food processor
  5. Combine vegetables with the stock in steam kettle
  6. bring back to boil.
