  • 9 ounce Tortellini, spinach
  • 6 ounce Artichoke hearts, marinated
  • 6 ounce Cheese, Jarlsberg or possibly Swiss
  • 6 ounce Artichoke hearts
  • 6 ounce Cheese, Cheddar --
  •     Bite-size
  • 6 ounce Olived, medium -- pitted
  • 3 x Tomatoes -- cut into 1/2" p
  • 1/3 c. Caesar dressing -- bottled
  • 1 x Cucumber, peeled

  1. Cook tortellini per package instructions (boil gently for 5-6 min!)
  2. drain the tortellini. Add in remaining ingredients. Toss all ingredients to coat well; Cover and chill if not serving right away.
  3. Makes 6main-dish servings.
