Ингредиенты

  • 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese
  • 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn minced spinach, thawed, squeezed dry
  • 2 tomatoes, finely minced
  • 3/4 c. minced onions
  • 1/3 c. half & half
  • 1 T finely minced Jalapeno peppers
  • Pita Toasts
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 2 teaspoon cumin
  • 6 pita bread, cut in triangles

  1. In mixing bowl or possibly food processor, put together the above. Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 min. Serve with pita toasts.
  2. Mix butter, lemon pepper and cumin in bowl. Brush pita with butter mix. Heat under broiler 2-4 min till crisp.
