Spinach Dip & Hawaiian Bread

Ингредиенты

  • 2 boxes of minced spinach
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton of lowfat sour cream
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pkg. of vegetable soup mix
  • 1 sm. onion (or possibly scallions)
  • 1 can sliced water chestnuts

Инструкции

  1. Thaw spinach and drain thoroughly. Squeeze all water out of spinach. Mix all ingredients and chill. Keeps well for several days.When you are ready to serve it - hollow out the center of a round loaf of "Hawaiian Bread" (found in the Deli. Dept. of your grocery store). Take the hollowed out bread and cut into chunks and place around the loaf on a large plate. Put the spinach dip into the center and serve.
