Ингредиенты

  • 3 packages. frzn minced spinach
  • 1 lg. onion, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 stick butter, to be used with onion
  • 1 pkg. Phyllo dough (greek pastry) can be found in freezer section of market
  • 8 ounce Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages. cream cheese
  • 6 T Feta cheese
  • 1/4 pound Muenster cheese
  • 2 sticks butter for phyllo dough, melted

  1. Saute onion in butter till well done. Cook spinach (drain very well). Cut up cheese into small pcs (do this early in day so which cheese is at room temperature). Add in large eggs to cheese and mix well, this will be similar to a batter. Add in this batter to spinach and onion and mix well.Put half phyllo dough in bottom of 9x13 glass baking dish. Be sure to butter the top side of each pastry sheet. Add in filling.
  2. Put other half of phyllo dough (again, butter each one) on top of filling and tuck sides of dough under bottom on each side. Brush the extra melted butter on top. Cut into squares before baking. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 min. this may be served hot or possibly cold.
