Ингредиенты

6 large eggs 2 (10 ounce) pkg. frzn spinach, thaw, drain, squeeze dry, dry, dry 2 c. herbed stuffing mix

1 lg. grated onion 1 c. grated Parmesan cheese 3/4 c. softened butter

Инструкции

1. Blend ingredients well. Roll into balls. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 min. To make ahead bake 10 min and freeze. Then thaw and bake remaining 10 min.
